Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
  • Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to help improve products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions efficiently
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Generate reports on customer interaction outcomes and resolution rates
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base resources

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office space
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed
  • Basic understanding of CRM software or similar customer management tools
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute for efficient communication
